Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system for Friday, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a positive imbalance tolerance of 13%.

Kern River said the damaged Goodsprings Compressor Station unit has been replaced and the associated the capacity constraint was lifted Wednesday.

Southern Natural Gas said the West Delta 152 point will need to be shut in for up to six days as part of its abandonment process for the 16-inch diameter Mississippi Canyon 268 Line, but the shut-in date has been delayed from the previously scheduled Wednesday (July 8) to July 19 or 20. It also will begin about three weeks of maintenance July 17 at the Mississippi Canyon 194 platform that will require the shut-in of the Mississippi Canyon 194 and 109 and Romere Pass buyback meters. Both projects will constitute force majeure events, Southern said.

Rockies Express said it anticipated scheduling restrictions from a smart pig run scheduled for Friday in its Segment 300 that will limit capacity to about 1,150,000 Dth/d from Blue Mound to Bainbridge.
