Maritimes & Northeast U.S. (M&N) said it learned that the Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI) production facility had encountered a decrease in output volume Friday. “Due to this decrease in supply, shippers sourcing their supply from SOEI should contact their supplier to get any information that may be desired concerning the cause, extent and duration of the event, as well as the potential of this event causing supply restrictions for current and/or future gas days,” M&N said. It added that all shippers must act to avoid the creation of due-pipe imbalances and not take due-shipper imbalance paybacks.

Citing gas quality issues, ANR said it was limiting capacity at the Sherman Plant receipt point in its Southwest Area to 65 MMcf/d until further notice. “Based on current nominations, this will impact pooling receipts from this location,” the pipeline said. It also noted that the owners and/or operators of processing plants that service its Southeast Area have informed ANR that based on their analysis of processing economics for April 2009, most will not process or will bypass large quantities of gas unless a hydrocarbon dew point (HDP) limit is put in place. ANR said an HDP restriction of 25 degrees F will be in effect during April for all receipts upstream of Defiance on the Southeast Mainline, including all points upstream of the Eunice Head Station in South Louisiana. This will not apply to meters flowing 500 Dth/d or less. No HPD limit will be necessary in the Southwest Area, ANR said.

Northwest reported completing repairs of the control valve at the Collins Gulch delivery meter on the Parachute Lateral (see Daily GPI, March 10) and said full operational capacity of the meter has been restored.

Questar reminded customers that it has scheduled reservoir testing of its Clay Basin storage facility for April 2-16. See the bulletin board for a list of the procedures that will be performed at Clay Basin, including a limitation to physical withdrawals only that began last Thursday and will run through Tuesday of this week.
