After issuing a customer-specific Stage 2 low-inventory OFO Monday afternoon on its California Gas Transmission system for Tuesday’s gas day, Pacific Gas & Electric expanded it to a systemwide Stage 2 OFO for Wednesday. Penalties were $1/Dth for exceeding an 8% tolerance on negative daily imbalances in both cases.

Northern Natural Gas will end Wednesday the System Overrun Limitations it had implemented last Friday for all market-area zones and for the New Market, MN, #1 Town Border Station.

Affiliates Texas Eastern and Algonquin lifted Tuesday restrictions on nominations that create due-pipe imbalances or result in due-shipper imbalance paybacks.

ANR said based on weather forecasts for its ML-7 market area, it will end the restrictions associated with an Extreme Condition that began Saturday as scheduled Wednesday (see Daily GPI, Jan. 26).

Rockies Express (REX) said it lifted Monday the force majeure that was issued Saturday for its booster facility located at the Wamsutter Echo Springs interconnect in Sweetwater County, WY. Note: REX referred to the interconnect name as WFS Echo Springs in its announcement of the force majeure.
