Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Friday, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 6% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Trunkline reported being notified that Tennessee will no longer accept deliveries from Trunkline at the Kaplan Interconnect in South Louisiana unless the hydrocarbon dew point level is less than 20 degrees F or shippers provide Tennessee proof of processing at a plant on its system. “Shippers are encouraged to confirm nominations with Tennessee in advance,” Trunkline added.

ANR said Wednesday it has lifted all restrictions on Eunice-to-Patterson delivery capacity in South Louisiana.

In order to coordinate compressor maintenance at its Clay Basin storage facility with a contractor and to ensure that all units are available for withdrawals in January if required, Questar said it will take one additional unit out of service Friday. Until further notice injection capacity will be reduced to 230,000 Dth/d, with 25,000 Dth/d available to Park and Loan customers and 205,000 Dth/d available to FSS/ISS customers, Questar said.

Southern California Gas began offering storage capacity rights Thursday for the storage year starting April 1, 2009. The capacity, for whole-year terms of up to three years, will be sold through bilateral negotiations. See the bulletin board for further details.
