Since Northwest began an emergency engine exchange at Burley Compressor Station Wednesday, Primary firm nomination requests through the station have exceeded the available capacity of 493,000 Dth/d, the pipeline said. Thus it initiated a Declared Deficiency Period Wednesday. Based on a design capacity of 593,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 100,000 Dth/d, it added. The Deficiency Period is expected to continue through Saturday.

NGPL said it experienced a failure Tuesday afternoon on the south part of its North Lansing storage field in Harrison County, TX. The entire facility has been shut in as a precautionary measure until an investigation is completed, the pipeline said. The shutdown does not impact firm storage services at this time, but interruptible injection services are not available. Effective Wednesday until further notice systemwide injections above IQ for NSS, DSS, BESS and PALS service will not be scheduled.

Noting that it began pigging operations Monday in the segment between Vermilion 149 and the Sea Robin Condensate Facility operated by Devon Gas Service, Sea Robin Pipeline said that because of these activities, the level of condensate and water has exceeded capacity at the Devon facility. As a result the system has been shut in. Sea Robin said the Hess Corp.-operated Sea Robin Processing Plant has also experienced a shutdown as a result of the pigging operations, and PVR nominations there need to be reduced to zero. “Sea Robin will be reconfirming downstream deliveries and reducing related receipt nominations accordingly,” it added.
