Pacific Gas & Electric kept a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system in place through at least Saturday, but loosened the tolerance for positive daily imbalances from 6% to 10%.

Southern California Gas regained 750 MMcf/d of storage withdrawal capacity Friday after completing maintenance that had begun June 17 at its Aliso Canyon facility.

Rockies Express (REX) will begin hydrostatic testing Sept. 3 on a section of its line between the Steele City and Turney compressor stations. Completion of the work, during which deliveries to the ANR Brown and Panhandle Eastern Audrain interconnects will be unavailable, is anticipated on or about Sept. 26. All other delivery points will be available, REX said. See the bulletin board for further details. It also will perform maintenance Sept. 3-4 at its booster facility at the Wamsutter Echo Springs interconnect. Based on the current level of nominations, REX said, AOR/IT, secondary out-of-path and primary in-path nominations are at risk of not being scheduled. However, each day’s maintenance is scheduled for 12 hours, which may allow Intraday 2 increases to nominations, it added.
