Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO, effective Wednesday, for its California Gas Transmission system. Penalties of $1/Dth will apply to customers who exceed a 6% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day beyond Monday.

Rockies Express (REX) said Monday a force majeure event affected one of the units at its Wamsutter Echo Springs booster facility interconnect in Sweetwater County, WY. The repair time is unknown, REX said. Effective Monday until further notice it is scheduling the interconnect to a lower capacity of 70,000 Dth/d, and AOR/IT, secondary and primary FT nominations through the point are at risk of not being fully scheduled, the pipeline added.

Southern Natural Gas said it will extend a pigging operation on the South Section 28 line south of its White Castle (LA) Compressor Station into Thursday. West Leg capacity (Group 40) will remain limited to 730,000 Dth/d until this project has been completed, and customers will continue to experience higher pressures and reduced scheduled volumes, Southern said.
