MRT issued a System Protection Warning (SPW) effective Saturday until further notice. See the bulletin board for a list of SPW conditions.

Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) began unscheduled maintenance on one of the units at Compressor Station #7 that is expected to last until approximately the end of August. During this work FGT will schedule up to about 385,000MMBtu/d through the station; during normal operations up to 465,000 MMBtu/d is scheduled.

Texas Eastern reminded shippers and point operators of a series of outages that began Saturday and continue through next Sunday. The pipeline said that during these outages it will have limited ability to absorb due-shipper imbalances in the South Texas, East Texas and M-1 (24-inch diameter) zones. As a result, as of Saturday until further notice, Texas Eastern will not allow due-pipeline imbalance makeup nominations or the creation of due-shipper imbalances. Gulf South will begin about two weeks of scheduled maintenance Monday at the Exxon-Mobile Bay meter facility in Mobile County, AL, during which that receipt point will be unavailable for service.

Northwest reported activating the Greentown receipt point on its Northwest Passage customer activity system. The point is operated by Paradox Pipeline LLC and has capacity of 67,567 Dth/d. It is on Northwest’s mainline north of Moab Compressor Station in Grand County, UT, and is associated with the Rocky Mountain Pool, Northwest said.
