Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a customer-specificOFO beyond Wednesday.

Similarly, Northern Natural Gas did not extend a System OverrunLimitation for all market areas beyond Wednesday.

ANR said Wednesday an OFO restricting receipts into its SoutheastLeg with BTU content exceeding 1,050 will remain in effect forMarch. The OFO took effect Jan. 1 (see Daily GPI, Dec. 26, 2000). To insure continuity offlow, shippers with processing arrangements for March were urged tonotify ANR of such arrangements, including shrinkage factors, byFeb. 26.

The in-service date for a temporary portable transfer compressornear the East Hereford (PQ) Station of TQM Pipeline has beenpostponed until about March 6, TQM parent firm TransCanada said. Aforce majeure declaration for deliveries to East Hereford, whichsuffered an explosion Dec. 28, 2000 (see Daily GPI, Jan. 2), willremain in effect until permanent restoration of capacity iscomplete. Additional time is necessary for control inspections andleak tests, both requirements imposed by the National Energy Board,TransCanada said.
