Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Friday, saying it will assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariffs to customers who deliver into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

After warning market-area customers Tuesday and Wednesday of the potential for an Overage Alert Day, Florida Gas Transmission declared one Thursday, citing forecasts of 90-degree weather in Florida and lower linepack. The tolerance for negative daily imbalances was set at 25%.

Pacific Gas & Electric kept a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO in place through at least Friday, but loosened the tolerance for positive daily imbalances from 7% to 10%.

Westcoast reported that the annual maintenance outage of its McMahon Gas Plant “is progressing on schedule and we anticipate that we will be fully available to process all available gas” by the start of Sunday’s gas day.

Due to what it called “low physical deliveries” by Sea Robin Pipeline, Columbia Gulf said effective Friday until further notice it will limit nominations to 190,000 Dth/d at the Sea Robin meter.

Tennessee said the installation of plant inlet and outlet metering at the Grand Chenier Plant in southwest Louisiana has been completed, and it allowed physical flows to resume Thursday at six meters that had been shut in by the project.
