Questar reminded customers that it was completing Tuesday a withdrawal test at its Clay Basin storage field that had caused the facility to be shut in since April 2. Clay Basin will return to normal operations Wednesday with the following capacities: withdrawal, 460,000 Dth/d; injection, 325,000 Dth/d; and Park and Loan service, 25,000 Dth/d. Combining the injection volume with Park and Loan yields a total injection capability of 350,000 Dth/d, Questar said.

CIG reported experiencing an outage Monday at its Niobrara Compressor Station, which is immediately downstream of CIG’s interconnect with High Plains Gathering at receipt point Niobrara. The pipeline declared a force majeure event and said until further notice all flows at the Niobrara receipt point are at zero.

Southern Natural Gas said it had completed the spring shut-in test at Bear Creek Storage Facility in North Louisiana. As a result, the associated force majeure was canceled and each CSS customer is again being allocated 100% of its currently effective Daily Injection Quantity and Daily Withdrawal Quantity. Southern reminded customers that a similar shut-in test is scheduled for April 22-28 at its Muldon Storage Field in Mississippi.
