Northern Natural Gas continued a System Overrun Limitation forall market areas that had begun Tuesday through at least today.

Projecting that its linepack would fall below target levels inthe next couple of days, Pacific Gas & Electric has acustomer-specific OFO in place today.

TGT reminded shippers Monday of a critical notice issued latelast month about receipts with hydrocarbon dewpoints that mightcause condensate to form out of the gas stream under expectedoperating conditions. Having evaluated the situation further, TGTsaid, effective March 1 it will require that all tenders of gasupstream of Eunice, LA must either (1) have a hydrocarbon dewpointof less than 10 degrees F.; (2) have a dewpoint between 10 and 25degrees and a heating content of less than 1,050 Btus per cubicfoot; or (3) provide proof of downstream processing to TGT. Inaddition, beginning Feb. 26 TGT will not accept nominations to flowthrough Eunice without proof that the gas meets one of these threecriteria. This situation is anticipated to continue through atleast March and will be evaluated on a monthly basis thereafter, the pipeline said.
