Citing customer cooperation and warmer weather, Northwest said it will adjust the Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties located north of the Plymouth Compressor Station — including the Grants Pass, Spokane and Wenatchee Laterals — to Stage III (13% tolerance for daily imbalances) effective Tuesday; the entitlement had previously been set as Stage II with 8% tolerance (see Daily GPI, Dec. 5). There is currently no declared entitlement south of Plymouth, Northwest said, but if Receiving Parties south of Plymouth begin drafting excessively, it may declare an entitlement there.

Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) is continuing maintenance on the Jacksonville Lateral near the FGT/Cypress Interconnect through approximately Friday. Operating conditions during this work may require FGT to schedule reduced volumes at the interconnect, the pipeline said. During normal operations it schedules up to 230,000 MMBtu/d there.

NGPL has postponed until further notice lowering the Gulf Coast #2 mainline near Station 304 in Marion County, TX. The project, which will make two points unavailable, had been scheduled for Dec. 23-Jan. 15.
