Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

Cheyenne Plains raised the operationally available capacity at Cheyenne Plains East from 455 MMcf/d to 465 MMcf/d Friday.

Northwest reported returning to service early Monday the Portland West/Scappoose and Rivergate (Oregon Steel) meter stations that were taken out of service Friday evening due to a third-party vehicle accident. Northwest also said that effective Monday, it converted from a corporation to a partnership and also changed its name from Northwest Pipeline Corp. to Northwest Pipeline GP. “With this conversion, Northwest Pipeline GP retains all the rights, privileges, obligations and duties, including the contractual rights and duties, of Northwest Pipeline Corporation,” the pipeline said.

CenterPoint lifted Monday a restriction on delivery capacity at Columbia Gulf/Perryville (South Pooling Area) due to a shutdown for unscheduled maintenance at Delhi Station in Richland Parish, LA (see Daily GPI, Sept. 20).
