Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

Cheyenne Plains raised the operationally available capacity at Cheyenne Plains East (CPE) from 415 MMcf/d to 435 MMcf/d Friday but said the capacity level may fluctuate up and down as operating conditions change.

Saying it was a new mainline constraint point, Kern River said it will reduce operational capacity of the Coyote Creek Compressor Station to 1,875,000 Dth/d effective with Timely cycle nominations Wednesday. “This reduction is necessary due to a change in the receipt and delivery nomination pattern of Kern River’s customers and will ensure that Kern River is able to physically receive and transport supplies that come into the system from receipt points located in Wyoming,” the pipeline said. “The only supplies that will not be impacted by this change are the Goshen (located immediately upstream of the Elberta Compressor Station in Utah) and Oxy 17Z (located at the end of the system in California) receipt points.”

Northwest completed maintenance Friday at Kemmerer Compressor Station and lifted the associated Declared Deficiency Period. Kemmerer was reset to its north-flow design capacity of 655,000 Dth/d effective with Timely cycle nominations for Saturday’s gas day. Northwest also reset Pleasant View Compressor Station to its north-flow design capacity of 655,000 Dth/d Saturday.
