Cheyenne Plains took system flows to zero Monday after experiencing a “facility outage” at Cheyenne Plains Compressor Station during the weekend. It is not accepting nominations for deliveries to either CIG or Wyoming Interstate Co. until further notice.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system beyond Saturday.

Florida Gas Transmission kept an Overage Alert Day that had been implemented Thursday in place through Sunday before allowing it to expire Monday.

CenterPoint issued an Operational Alert Sunday, saying inventory levels in its storage fields were “continuing to increase, which has the effect of decreasing [the pipeline’s] ability to manage long imbalances.” It said it will assess Excess Contract Quantities against pool managers who incur new long imbalances and will issued OFOs to shippers “incurring new long imbalances under transportation contracts that exacerbate existing operational problems during this time period.

Southern Natural Gas ceased taking nominations Saturday at the Fort Valley Meter Station in Crawford County, GA, due to the station sustaining damage during a thunderstorm Friday afternoon. However, it said Sunday it had completed a temporary connection that allowed a full return to service Sunday. Southern lifted the associated force majeure and said it was developing a plan for a permanent repair of the meter station.

Dominion said late Friday it had completed pipeline repairs at Cornwell Station and allowed production in four bubbles behind the station to resume. Dominion also said it began about three days of maintenance Monday on line H-181 behind Schultz Station and had notified producers who must shut in during this work. “Other producers in bubble 3219 will notice higher than normal line pressures,” Dominion said. “If line pressures become too high, additional shut-ins may be required.”
