Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

Southern Natural Gas said it will declare force majeure in connection with an outage of its Sea Robin interconnect that starts Tuesday and will last for about three days. Southern also said Sunday that due to piping modifications by Tennessee at the Yscloskey Processing Plant, Southern hadn’t been able to accept nominations at the Tennessee-Toca point in the previous couple of days. However, modifications had been completed and Southern said it would resume accepting and approving nominations there “as long as gas quality issues do not arise.” Yscloskey is expected to resume processing around Wednesday.

Southern California Gas said it has lost 25 MMcf/d of injection capacity during maintenance from Monday through Friday this week at its Playa Del Rey storage facility.
