After lifting a systemwide Stage 3 high-inventory OFO Wednesday, Pacific Gas and Electric issued an identical OFO for Thursday. The order set penalties of $5/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Citing limited storage injection capability, Tennessee will limit all Rate Schedule FS injection nominations to a customer’s Maximum Daily Injection Quantity starting Thursday. In addition, Tennessee will not accept FS-AO injection nominations across the system. The pipeline continues to not allow IS injections across the system and Parks with Future Month Withdrawals. These limitations will remain in effect until further notice, it said.

Sea Robin Pipeline said it was notified that the Hess-operated Sea Robin Processing Plant was shut down Wednesday for emergency maintenance due to a steam turbine leak. The plant will not process but will continue to dehydrate gas during an estimated outage of four days.

CenterPoint reported shutting down Unit #4 at Custer Station due to unscheduled repairs and said the duration of the work is unknown. As a result, the capacity on Line 2 South was reduced to 105,000 Dth/d Tuesday; the constraint will lastuntil the repairs have been completed.

Florida Gas Transmission will begin scheduled maintenance Monday on one compressor each at three stations — #4 in Matagorda County, TX; #6 in Orange County, TX; and #8 in East Baton Rouge Parish, LA — that is expected to last through the end of October. During these outages FGT will schedule up to about 150,000MMBtu/d through Station #4 (normally 225,000 MMBtu/d), up to about 225,000MMBtu/d through Station #6 (normally 300,000 MMBtu/d) and up to about 1,075,000MMBtu/d through Station #8 (normally 1,150,000 MMBtu/d).

El Paso delayed maintenance originally scheduled for Wednesday at Gallup Station until Thursday (Oct. 12). The work will require the shutdown of the Gallup C unit with an associated capacity reduction of 240 MMcf/d.

Columbia Gulf was taking nominations for Thursday flows at a new mainline delivery point into Texas Eastern in Adair County, KY. The meter’s capacity is 200,000 Dth/d, Columbia Gulf said.
