With 90-degree Florida weather forecasted, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day Monday for market-area customers; it had a 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Westcoast said Saturday the Pine River Gas Plant had returned all three process trains to service and restored full operational capacity. A 50% Raw Gas Transmission constraint (see Daily GPI, July 24) for the Grizzly Valley System was removed immediately, Westcoast said.

Tennessee, which has had half of its Hebron Storage Field shut in since June 7 for testing, said the entire field will be shut in Aug. 1-3 to make piping changes. Then the other half of the field will remain shut in through Aug. 25, Tennessee said. Restrictions of interruptible storage services are likely, and Tennessee may be required to limit FS-MA customers to their Maximum Daily Injection Quantity. The job completion date previously had been Aug. 15.
