After warning shippers Wednesday that one was possible, FloridaGas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day notice for Thursday’sgas day due to high market-area demand. The notice has a 6%tolerance for daily negative imbalances and covers the system eastof Station 12 (Santa Rosa County in the Florida Panhandle). Thepipeline will re-evaluate conditions this morning before decidingwhether to extend the notice.

ANR plans Sept. 7-30 work on its Southwest Mainline. Thecompressor station at Greensburg, KS, will be off-line forinstallation of fuel valves and the one at Havensville, KS, will bedown for annual maintenance. The projects may reduce flows by 25-50MMcf/d, which should impact only interruptible/secondarynominations, ANR said. During the same period the pipeline willupgrade E.G. Hill Station near Guymon, OK. No horsepower will beavailable for the first 10 days, resulting in zero volumes fromGPM’s Sherman Plant. From Sept. 17 through Sept. 30, only six outof 11 engines will be on-line, allowing flows of 60-75 MMcf/d fromSherman Plant and 110-120 MMcf/d from Gageby Creek.
