Pacific Gas & Electric continued a high-inventory OFO thatbegan Saturday (see Daily GPI, Aug. 16)through Monday, tightening an initial tolerance of 5% for positivedaily imbalances to 2% Sunday and then loosening it again to 5%Monday. No OFO is in effect today.

Due to unplanned maintenance at the Custer (OK) CompressorStation, Reliant (formerly NorAm) will limit capacity on Line 2 to100,000 dth/d today and Wednesday.

Effective Wednesday until further notice, NGPL will allow a 10%increase in storage injection rights systemwide for DSS and NSScustomers.

El Paso expanded the duration of a scheduled outage of theCornudas “B” turbine, which began Sunday. The outage will lastthrough Sept. 10, reducing South Mainline capacity by 60 MMcf/d andlimiting deliveries at six Waha points to a total of 600 MMcf/d.Laguna Station will be down Aug. 24, reducing San Juan Crossovercapacity by 90 MMcf/d. Previously announced shutdowns of Rio Vista#1 turbine, San Juan Mainline Station, Washington Ranch StorageField and the Waha Solar turbines have been postponed, El Pasosaid.
