Northern Natural Gas said starting with Timely cycle nominations for Tuesday’s gas day, it will be unable to schedule IDD storage injections to the extent that such injections create or increase a positive inventory balance. However, if an IDD account balance is negative, then injections will be allowed up to a zero inventory balance. “Northern has reviewed its current and future storage inventory obligations and has determined that incremental IDD inventories cannot be accepted at this time,” the pipeline said.

Panhandle Eastern rescheduled for a second time two maintenance projects in southwest Kansas (see Daily GPI, June 17). An outage of the Satanta 20-inch Lakin line, which had been delayed until June 28, is now set to begin on Thursday of this week, the pipeline said Friday. And work on Satanta 18-inch Grant County line, which was postponed until July 5, is now scheduled for June 27. Durations of the outages and receipt points affected were unchanged.
