Southern California Gas did not extend a high-linepack OFO beyond Saturday.

Noting that its Vernal (UT) Compressor Station has a design capacity of 333,000 Dth/d, Northwest said that in recent weeks primary nominations there “have consistently scheduled well above design capacity; reaching levels as high as 390,000 Dth/d.” Northwest said it was able to schedule the excess gas because Questar‘s Clay Basin storage facility was available for injections and because scheduled volumes through the Green River and Kemmerer Compressor Stations in Wyoming “have been relatively low, giving Northwest a hydraulic advantage.” However, due to maintenance by Northwest and Questar, Clay Basin will be unavailable for injections Wednesday through Saturday of this week, and thus Northwest is asking customers to voluntarily reduce their nominations through Vernal during this work. “If Green River and Kemmerer remain low, Northwest will attempt to schedule up to 350,000 Dth/d through Vernal, using available linepack and balancing flexibility to mitigate customer impacts,” the pipeline said.

Work to realign the 526A-600 Line at Joseph Bayou in Plaquemines Parish, LA is expected to continue through May 15, Tennessee said. Until repairs are complete, 16 meters must remain shut in. The pipeline had hoped to initiate the project in mid-February but postponed it because of adverse conditions (see Daily GPI, Feb. 15).

Tennessee also said it expects to complete the first portion of repairs to a leak on the South Pass 77 527A-700 line on May 3. It declared force majeure for the segment when the leak was discovered last month (see Daily GPI, March 21). Physical flow from the South Pass 77A meter will remain shut in until the initial repairs are complete. Production impacted by this outage is estimated at 40,000 Dth/d. Additional work will be required and is scheduled for Sept. 19-26, when the same meter again will be required to shut in, Tennessee said.

NGPL said Monday morning it had experienced unplanned outages at Compressor Station 343 (Liberty County, TX) and at Compressor Station 342 (Cameron Parish, LA). These outages reduce operational capacity through Segment 25 (Texok Zone Gulf Coast) and Segments 23 and 24 (Louisiana Zone) respectively, NGPL said, but it did not anticipate that they would impact current scheduling in those segments.
