East Tennessee Natural Gas expected to complete final steps towards placement of the Patriot Extension facilities into service Thursday afternoon and thus was accepting nominations for Friday gas flow on Patriot. The project’s service start-up was delayed from last week’s projection of this past Tuesday (see Daily GPI, Nov. 14).

Beginning Friday until further notice, Dominion is reducing the secondary and interruptible volumes it will accept at the Loudoun-Receipts meter from 50,000 Dth/d to 20,000 Dth/d. In addition, these receipts can only be nominated to delivery points on the PL-1 system, Dominion said.

Navajo Station’s 2C turbine was taken down Thursday for regenerator repairs, reducing North Mainline capacity by 115 MMcf/d through Friday, El Paso said.

Sonat continues to adhere to a posting earlier this month that it would not be accepting nominations for ISS injections, parks or make-up due the pipeline until further notice. “This was due to historically high storage inventory levels and forecasts of above normal temperatures for the foreseeable future at that time,” the pipeline said Thursday. However, Sonat believes that it likely will return to normal scheduling procedures for the month of December.
