Due to unforeseen riser repairs required at ANR‘s Eugene Island 371 platform, production from Green Canyon 237 and Eugene Island 341 and 371 was shut in Tuesday for work that is expected to take about 10 days.

Florida Gas Transmission extended an Overage Alert Day notice through at least Tuesday but loosened the imbalance tolerance from 15% to 20%.

A gas quality problem has been reported at the BP Production-Red Oak receipt point in Latimer County, OK, NGPL said. Effective with Wednesday’s gas day until further notice, NGPL will limit scheduled volumes at the point.

Williams Field Services has planned extensive maintenance at the Opal (WY) Plant for Aug. 5-7. The projects involve the TXP-3 unit (anticipated impact of 496 MMcf/d); Big Piney Station (50 MMcf/d); and the North and South Moxa Compressor Stations (60 MMcf/d). Also, maintenance on the Jonah Field gathering system behind the plant will be performed Aug. 5-7 to coincide with the WFS work. Other Jonah maintenance is set for Aug. 12-14 and Aug. 19-21.

Westcoast will run an in-line inspection tool from Station 4B to Station 5 Thursday, which will limit Huntingdon/Sumas flow capability to maximum prorated delivery of about 1,123 MMcf/d that gas day. The event will result in some loss of upstream production for the 18-hour duration of the tool run as the restricted flow in the T-South pipeline backs up into the T-North system, Westcoast said. Based on current business levels at Huntingdon/Sumas, no constraint in firm service is anticipated.

Gulf Terra Field Services has scheduled the annual maintenance shutdown at its Chaco (NM) Plant facility on Aug. 14 for about 12 hours. The work may require shutting in gas at various locations throughout the San Juan area, Gulf Terra said. It will coincide with affiliate El Paso‘s constraints on the North Mainline scheduled Aug, 14.
