Northwest began maintenance Monday at Kemmerer (WY) Compressor Station that will last through Friday and result in a physical capacity reduction of about 30,000 Dth/d. Northbound volumes through Kemmerer continue to be overnominated in excess of 500,000 Dth/d, Northwest said (the design capacity is 475,000 Dth/d, according to the bulletin board), further diminishing the pipeline’s Jackson Prairie storage account. No Park and Loan service will be available during the maintenance period.

CenterPoint will begin Department of Transportation-required work Tuesday morning on Line AC, requiring that the line’s operating pressure be limited to 725 psi for up to eight days. The resultant operational impacts are listed on the CenterPoint bulletin board.

Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System will be pigged from the Matagorda Island Platform 758 to Tivoli Station onshore Texas Wednesday and Thursday. Depending on the amount of liquids received, up to 100,000 Dth/d in flow could be affected.

Texas Eastern (Tetco) plans Department of Transportation-required pigging operations for May 5-9 on 24-inch Line 11 between Provident City and Joaquin, and 20-inch Line 13 between Joaquin and Longview. To facilitate these pig runs, Tetco expects to “significantly restrict receipts” on the 24-inch system between Longview and Fagus, and said that depending on conditions at the time, restrictions of receipts between Joaquin and Longview could also occur. Additionally, emissions tests at Longview Station are scheduled for May 13-14, during which Line 13 receipts between Joaquin and Longview will be restricted. On May 29, the pipeline will block 30-inch Line 16 between the Angleton and Mont Belvieu stations to tie in a highway relocation. The one-day outage will require an unknown amount of restriction of receipts in the South Texas and East Texas zones. Tetco said it will be better able to estimate the restriction after the May nomination deadline passes.
