Citing “colder than normal weather conditions and current pipeline operations,” Panhandle Eastern posted an operational alert Monday restricting flow at delivery points east of Tuscola, IL. For shippers under Rate Schedules EFT and EIT, flows will be limited during any hour of the gas day to one-sixteenth of the total daily gas nominated at the delivery point. For Rate Schedule FT customers, no more than one-twenty-fourth of the daily total can be delivered during any hour of the gas day.

Florida Gas Transmission will begin about three days of repairs April 16 on a valve at Compressor Station 8 in Zone 2. The original start date of April 18 was moved up two days. During this work FGT will schedule up to about 900,000 MMBtu/d through the station, down from normal capacity of 1,150,000 MMBtu/d.

El Paso will shut in Line 1203 (the Maricopa Line) at various points for piping modifications April 7-13. The original planning for this project did not anticipate reduced flows; however, the pipeline now says it will cut volume that can be brought to the Phoenix area from the North Mainline. As different sections of the line are shut in, the Line 1203 capacity reductions will vary as follows: April 7, 100 MMcf/d effective with Cycle 3 nominations; April 8, 70 MMcf/d; and April 9, 60 MMcf/d.

Panhandle Eastern expects an outage of the Greensburg 300 Line in Kansas for installation of a receiver to last three days beginning June 18. Maximum throughput during this work will be 1,050 MMcf/d at Haven Station and 700 MMcf/d at Liberal Station.
