Algonquin lifted Monday a long-running ban on accepting due-shipper imbalance make-up nominations, leaving no restrictions in place on its system.

Northwest ended Saturday a declared Customer-Specific Entitlement Period for overtakes, saying the action resulted from a decrease in volumes flowing north through Kemmerer (WY) Station and an increase in the pipeline’s Jackson Prairie storage balance.

Transwestern rescheduled a one-day outage on its mainline from Tuesday to Thursday of this week. The work will reduce San Juan Lateral capacity from 860,000 MMBtu/d to 700,000 MMBtu/d and West of Thoreau capacity from 1,210,000 MMBtu/d to 700,000 MMBtu/d.

NGPL reported discovery of a gas quality problem at the EPGT-Panola receipt point in Panola County, TX, and said that as of Monday until further notice, all scheduled transportation at the point is at risk. NGPL also removed an advisory posted March 5 regarding excessive heating value of receipts into the Louisiana Line (see Daily GPI, March 6). The pipeline said it will continue to monitor the effect of these receipts on the line’s blended gas stream and may re-issue the advisory if needed.

Emergency shutdown testing that had been scheduled for March 24 at CIG‘s Natural Buttes and Greasewood Stations was postponed to April 1.
