Algonquin lifted Tuesday a Critical Notice posted Sunday that limited negative daily imbalances to a 2% tolerance. on March 2, 2003. The pipeline’s only restriction remaining in effect for Wednesday is that no due-shipper makeup gas is available anywhere on its system.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a customer-specific OFO related to low linepack beyond Tuesday.

A long-standing OFO initiated Nov. 1, 2001, which restricts receipts into ANR‘s Southeast system that have heating value content exceeding 1,050 Btus per cubic foot, will stay in effect until further notice, the pipeline said Tuesday. The restriction will not apply to receipts that are dedicated and confirmed by a known processing plant that is in operation and/or where the heat content of the receipts exceeds 1,050 Btus per cubic foot but the pentanes (C5+) and heavier components do not exceed 0.05 gallons per Mcf. In addition, effective April 1, deliveries into the HIOS system that are nominated to continue on to ANR at West Cameron Block 167, which fall within ANR’s criteria for exemption as stated above, will no longer require processing. See the bulletin board for further details.
