Penn Virginia Corp. (PVA) has paid $14.5 million for approximately 4,100 net acres in Gonzales County, TX, bringing its total net Eagle Ford Shale acreage to about 10,900 acres, and has seen success with its initial Eagle Ford well, the Radnor, PA-based company said.

Trunkline Gas Co. LLC said Monday that there will be an outage at the Transco Ragley Interconnect (Location #80277) for meter maintenance until further notice. Nominations at this location will be limited to 440 MMcf/d.

Trunkline extended a pigging outage of the Quicksand Creek Lateral through Friday; it previously had been scheduled to be completed Wednesday (see Daily GPI, March 3). Four meters are shut in during the outage.

Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday. Penalties of $1/Dth were set for exceeding a positive daily imbalance tolerance of 5%.

Pacific Gas & Electric issued a customer-specific low-inventory OFO for Thursday.

Sendout capacity at the Trunkline LNG facility near Lake Charles, LA is limited to 700 MMcf/d until further notice due to two vaporizers being taken out of service for unscheduled repairs, the company said Friday.

Due to unscheduled maintenance on the Terrebonne system’s 319B-1900 line, Trunkline will not be accepting nominations at the South Timbalier 187, 185 and 179B meters starting Friday. The work is expected to last for three days.

Sendout capacity at the Trunkline LNG facility in Lake Charles, LA will be limited to 900,000 Dth/d during pump maintenance beginning Feb. 10. Peaking sendout is expected to return to 1 million Dth/d on Feb. 15.

Southern California Gas kept a high-linepack OFO in place through Sunday before lifting it Monday.
