Cool Reception to BLM’s Revised Fracking Rules

Calling them a common sense approach that would complement state efforts, U.S. Interior Secretary Sally Jewell on Thursday unveiled the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) revised draft rules for hydraulic fracturing (fracking) on all federal and Indian lands.
