(TRGP), said that despite continuing low commodity prices, volumes at NGLS’s field gathering and processing (FG&P) segment for 2015 should grow 3-5% over 4Q2014. They also are considering restarting an idled cryogenic processing plant in Texas.

Targa Resources Partners LP’sTarga Midstream Services LLC(TMS) experienced a fire Thursday morning at the Saunders gas processing facility in Lea County, NM. All workers were accounted for, and the fire was contained and then extinguished. The partnership’s ownership in the facility is held throughVersado Gas Processors LLC, a joint venture that is 63% owned by the partnership and 37% owned byChevron U.S.A. Inc.TMS serves as the operator of the Versado system. Saunders is the smallest gas processing plant in the Versado system, with about 70 MMcf/d of the Versado system’s approximately 280 MMcf/d gross processing capacity.
Targa Buying Bakken Crude, NatGas Midstream Assets
Targa Resources Partners LP said Thursday it will acquire all of Saddle Butte Pipeline LLC’s ownership of its Williston Basin crude oil pipeline and terminal system as well as its natural gas gathering and processing operations for $950 million in cash.
Eagle Ford Getting Lion’s Share of Rosetta Spending
Rosetta Resources Inc. will spend about 90% of its 2011 capital budget of $360 million on the liquids-rich window of the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas, the Houston-based independent said. Spending will be funded from cash flow and planned asset sales in the Denver-Julesburg Basin and California.
