The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is planning a one-day session on Feb. 28 in Houston to educate oil and gas industry representatives on a variety of topics, including injection well permitting, drilling permits, stacked laterals, assigning acreage to pooled development/proration units, completions and use of state Form P-16 on acreage designation.
