Mexican Power Plant to Have Straw in U.S. NatGas
Howard Midstream Energy Partners LLC (HEP) is proceeding with plans to construct the Texas-to-Mexico Nueva Era Pipeline with joint venture partner Grupo Clisa of Mexico following a successful open season in which Mexico’s electricity commission signed up for more than 500 MMcf/d of capacity, HEP said Wednesday.
