Clean Energy Fuels Corp. officials said they should take over CNG station management responsibilities from National Grid in early spring with implementation of “a thorough transition plan” with existing CNG fleet customers. Clean Energy also said it would expand the station network.

California-based Clean Energy Fuels Corp. has inked a 10-year contract with Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, TX, to build, operate and maintain a compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station, including an adjacent public portion of the facility. Seal Beach, CA-based Clean Energy Fuels Corp. said Friday it has agreed to acquire Dallas, TX-based BAF Technologies Inc., a U.S. provider of natural gas vehicle systems and conversions. Clean Energy is a supplier of natural gas and gas-related infrastructure to the transportation sector — both compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
