Following Friday’s filings to FERC and other federal agencies related to its pending $9.4 billion PacifiCorp sale, ScottishPower announced Tuesday that its shareholders overwhelmingly endorsed the sale of its utility holdings in the United States, with more than 99% of the shares approving the deal at an extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting following the annual general meeting last Friday in Glasgow, Scotland.

Duke Energy pipeline Texas Eastern Transmission LP has filed an abbreviated application at FERC seeking to bolster the performance capability of its depleted storage reservoir in western Maryland.

FERC has issued a certificate allowing TransColorado Gas Transmission Co. to carry out a mostly compression “North Expansion Project” from the Piceance Basin to the Greasewood Hub in Rio Blanco County, CO.

FERC has awarded CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission a certificate to carry out a mainline compression expansion in Oklahoma that would permit greater volumes of Rocky Mountain natural gas to be transported eastward to markets across its pipeline system.
