Williams Continues Expansion of Transco Line in Southeast

Williams Monday announced it has filed an application with FERC for its “85 North Project,” which would expand the company’s Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line (Transco) by 308,500 Dth/d to serve markets in the southeastern United States. This marks the third proposed expansion of the 10,300-mile Transco system in the southeastern region in less than a year and a half.
