Notice of NGI Data Accessibility Issues for Data Published Friday, June 3 & Monday, June 6

Dear NGI Customers:

Some Daily Datafeed, Mexico Daily Datafeed and Shale Daily data customers that access data via API and/or FTP may have been unable to retrieve data for publication date Monday, June 6 because of an internal processing error. Our IT team has solved the problem, and you should now be able to access those data as normal.

• All Daily Datafeed subscribers should immediately re-import/process the following issues of the Daily Datafeed: 2022-06-03 and 2022-06-06.
• All Mexico Daily Datafeed subscribers should immediately re-import/process the following issues of the Mexico Daily Datafeed: 2022-06-03 and 2022-06-06.
• All Shale Daily Datafeed subscribers should immediately re-import/process the following issues of Shale Daily Datafeed: 2022-06-03 and 2022-06-06.
