With bulls aiming to send prices higher for a fifth consecutive session, June Nymex futures were up 5.4 cents to $2.261/MMBtu at around 8:45 a.m. ET.

Domestic production totaled 95.1 Bcf/d in early estimates from Wood Mackenzie Wednesday. That’s well off the recent seven-day average of 97.8 Bcf/d. Recent volumes are down even further versus the year-ago 30-day average of 101.6 Bcf/d in Wood Mackenzie’s dataset.

Meanwhile, Wood Mackenzie data showed deliveries to the Freeport LNG terminal continuing to flow well above 1 Bcf/d Wednesday, providing a key source of incremental demand after inconsistent volumes headed...
