Glenfarne Energy Transition LLC is seeing strong interest in its Texas LNG project and expects to make announcements soon demonstrating how close the project is to being sanctioned, said Adam Prestidge, head of legal and corporate affairs for the company’s natural gas business.

He told NGI those announcements should then provide more momentum for the Magnolia liquefied natural gas project the company acquired in 2020, when it bolstered its holdings in the global gas trade as part of an effort to meet growing international demand for low-carbon energy.
