CenterPoint issued an Operational Alert, saying that until further notice shippers with firm Receipt Entitlements and deliveries in its South Pooling Area, including but not limited to the Perryville Hub, should source 50% of MRO (Maximum Receipt Obligation) quantities (with the remaining supplies to be sourced from South Pooling Area pools) and 100% of pool entitlement quantities from the South Pooling Area, to the extent consistent with the firm Receipt Entitlements specified in the shippers' transportation service agreements. Shippers desiring secondary and/or interruptible deliveries in the South must source their receipts in the South Pooling Area. Shippers with deliveries to MRT at Glendale, AR, utilizing Line AC will be exempt from this requirement, CenterPoint said.

NOVA took flows to zero until further notice at the Haddock, Haddock North and Haddock South meter stations due a leak found Sunday afternoon on the 20-inch diameter Marten Hills Lateral. An investigation is ongoing and more information on the duration of the restriction will be provided when it is available, the pipeline said.

Citing unforeseen delays in securing equipment and permitting, Tennessee said it will reschedule portions of an 800 Line outage that previously had been set for May 7-31 to later in the year and will reduce next month's work from 25 days to three days. Tennessee now plans a May 15-17 pipe replacement due to class change between Main Line Valves (MLV) 850-1 and 851-1, which will require that all flow on the 800 Line from Kinder, LA, be shut in. Restrictions may be necessary through a pro-rata portion of Secondary in the Path nominations pathed from 800 Line receipt points. Tennessee also delayed by one day until Wednesday of this week the start of a project to install pig launchers and receivers between MLVs 79-1 and 82-1C. Physical flow will be suspended at the Turney Prison during this work, which is scheduled to last through May 23.

TransCanada said it had rectified a problem that caused an unplanned compressor outage at Station 58 last week (see Daily GPI, April 18) and the unit was returned to service Friday morning. With the increased capacity through the Northern Ontario Line and decreased nomination levels, TransCanada said it expected to authorize discretionary volumes fully. The planned line outage at Main Line Valve 58-59 line 3 is still expected to end April 28, it added.

Southern Natural Gas said a scheduled shut-in test at its Muldon Storage Facility in Mississippi, which begins Tuesday and runs through April 30, constitutes a force majeure event. Southern will allocate 36% of each CSS customer's currently effective Daily Injection Quantity (DIQ) and Daily Withdrawal Quantity (DWQ) during the test. The reduced level is subject to change, if necessary, Southern said, adding, "Please be aware that this temporary reduction in DIQ and DWQ will affect not only your CSS service, but also will affect your related injection/withdrawal capacity under your no-notice firm transportation (FT-NN) service."

Gulf South said unscheduled maintenance on Montpelier Compressor Station's Unit #4 that began Feb. 28 (see Daily GPI, March 2) has been extended through May 5; the pipeline originally had expected the work to last only through March 14.
