Pacific Gas & Electric waited until Monday afternoon to issue a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Tuesday that carried penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding an 11% tolerance for positive daily imbalances. The OFO was allowed to lapse Wednesday.

Southern California Gas began repairs Tuesday to a thrust vibration probe bracket on Unit K-25 at its Aliso Canyon, which is causing a loss of 135 MMcf/d of injection capacity through Thursday.

Transco plans to perform facility modifications associated with a mainline tap installation at Mile Post 15.88 in Willacy County, TX on March 21-22. The work will require the shut-in of all receipts upstream of Mile Post 26.16, affecting about 20 MMcf/d of production at five points.

Reflecting lower linepack levels than desired, NOVA changed its imbalance tolerance range to zero/+4 Tuesday.
