After issuing late Tuesday a customer-specific high-inventory OFO for Wednesday, Pacific Gas & Electric expanded it into a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Thursday. The systemwide OFO carries penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Citing recent storage activity and current projected inventory levels, ANR said it will lift restrictions on daily injections into DDS and MBS storage accounts and overrun injections into FSS accounts effective Nov. 1. Overrun injections allowed into FSS accounts will be those nominated quantities that are above the current Maximum Daily Injection Quantity in effect, ANR said. FSS customers are not allowed to exceed the Maximum Storage Quantity level of their contract at any time.

Northwest lifted Tuesday an entitlement advisory for underruns that was issued earlier this month (see Daily GPI, Oct. 10).
