The maintenance outage of Unit #7 at Princess B Compressor Station, originally scheduled for completion April 30, is now expected to end April 23 due to accelerated material delivery dates and additional crews on-site when possible, NOVA reported.

El Paso is holding an open season through May 12 to allow parties to express non-binding interest in FT service to markets near Yuma, AZ, and in the Mexican states of Sonora and Baja California Norte. System enhancements proposed by El Paso include 95 miles of new pipeline and related facilities extending south from a Southern Mainline System interconnect near the existing Wenden (AZ) Compressor Station to the international border. Call Jerry Strange at (915) 496-3139 for more information.

Due to forecasts of warming weather in the Pacific Northwest, Northwest Pipeline said Tuesday it does not expect to allow on-system balancing today or Thursday.

CMS Panhandle Eastern will shut in the Glenarm 100 Line from gates 104 to 106 for 11 days of pipe repairs starting April 19. The National Helium Plant will be out of service (no processing or dehydration) April 27-29 while the control system is upgraded and tested for Year 2000 compatibility. Receipt points upstream of Liberal, KS, will be monitored for water content during the outage, and downstream delivery points should expect gas with higher Btu content.
