How do I know if I'm logged in?

You will see "My NGI Welcome, ______" (click here for example) on the right hand side of the page, above the search bar. If you still only see the word "Login," you will need to log in again.

How do I change my password?

If you are logged in, you will see in the top right-hand corner "My NGI Welcome, ______". Put your cursor over that phrase and a drop down will appear (click here for example). Click on "My Account". Once you
      have accessed the "My Account" page you may update your password. If you are not logged in and don't
      remember your password click here to be sent a temporary one.

Where can I find my subscriptions?

If you are logged in, you will see in the top right-hand corner "My NGI Welcome, ______". Put your cursor over that phrase and a "drop down" (click here for example) will appear. All of your active subscriptions will
      appear under the section that says "Subscribed", click on the name of the subscription you would like to

Where do I go to download Historical Data?

On the navigation bar you will see a menu option that says "Data". If you put your cursor over this option a drop-down menu will appear. From that drop-down menu click on Gas Price "Snapshots"
      (click here for example). Scroll halfway down this page and you will see a download historical data button.
      If you'd like to add Historical Data to your NGI subscriptions package please fill out a data request form here
