Dominion said it would implement Conform Transportation Services to Schedule Nominations and FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit OFOs for its PL-1 service area in the Mid-Atlantic effective with the start of Monday’s gas day. Tennessee said Friday it was declaring a force majeure event for Line 523M-8900 and associated laterals. The declaration was prompted, Tennessee said, because while assessing different parts of its system in an effort to return them to service following Hurricane Ike, it discovered damage in the Vermilion 267 area. Saying the Kwoen facility at Pine River Gas Plant had been returned to service, Westcoast lifted Friday a 90% Raw Gas Transmission firm service constraint on the Grizzly Valley Producers group.

Questar reported completing repairs at Thistle Compressor Station and said capacity at its ML 104 scheduling point was returned to normal Thursday.
