Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline U.S. (M&N) has planned two outages of its system in June, during which it anticipates performing necessary work to complete Phase IV expansion facilities. The first outage, set for Monday and Tuesday, will occur between the Baileyville and Richmond compressor stations. All flows through Baileyville will be reduced to zero, and all backhaul service will be restricted on the mainline segment extending from the Richmond Compressor Station to M&N’s interconnection with Maritimes-Canada, excluding three meter stations (see bulletin board for details). In addition, two delivery meters will be unavailable for service during this outage. The second outage will take place June 5-7 and will affect all flows to points downstream of Richmond. All flows through Richmond (excluding two meter stations) will be reduced to zero and 11 delivery meters will be unavailable for service. In addition, Baileyville is tentatively scheduled to be unavailable for service from June 16 through June 30. Depending on the level of nominations, M&N may be required to restrict a portion of the volumes flowing through Baileyville.
