Changing its mind, MRT said Wednesday it was lifting the System Protection Warning (SPW) that had been scheduled to take effect at the start of Thursday’s gas day (see Daily GPI, May 28). The SPW “will not become effective,” MRT said.

Rockies Express (REX) said effective Thursday until further notice, it will be at capacity for receipts from the WIC Sitting Bull interconnect. Based on the current level of nominations, REX said, IT/AOR and secondary quantities are at risk of not being scheduled.

Southern California Gas said it expects to complete repairs of an anomaly in Line 2001 between the Colorado River and Blythe Compressor Station sometime in the third quarter of 2008. Completion of the work, which began in late June last year and is causing the loss of 210 MMcf/d of Southern California border receipt capacity at Ehrenberg (see Daily GPI, June 29, 2007), previously had been described as “to be determined.”

ANR reported completing engine repairs at its Sandwich Compressor Station in Illinois and lifting all associated capacity restrictions Wednesday.
