Texas Eastern said the investigation and repair of the pipeline break at the discharge of the French Lick station in Indiana continues. Until completion of the investigation and repair, receipts on the 24-inch diameter line will be restricted. For Oct. 17, it was not necessary to restrict nominations for gas leaving the constrained area due to reductions in requested volumes. However, Tetco said no incremental supply nominations can be accepted.

Southern Natural said that chances for an operational flow order on Saturday are highly likely because of long imbalances on the pipe.

El Paso Natural Gas said its Bondad 2A turbine must be shut down Oct. 17 for seal oil system repairs, reducing the capacity through Bondad Station by 20 MMcf/d. El Paso Field Services (Gulfterra) will perform maintenance at its Chaco Plant Oct. 21-23, which will reduce the capacity of the EPNG San Juan Basin system by 115 MMcf/d. On the North Mainline, various repairs will reduce capacity by 25 MMcf/d on Oct. 20, 85 MMcf/d Oct. 21-22 and 20 MMcf/d Oct. 30. The ongoing Laguna 1 Force Majeure repairs will continue through Jan. 15, causing an incremental 20 MMcf/d reduction of San Juan Crossover capacity. Other repairs will reduce San Juan Crossover capacity 20-40 MMcf/d on certain days from Oct. 23 through 31. The South Mainline’s capacity will be reduced by 100 MMcf/d Oct. 27 through Nov. 8. The Havasu Crossover will be reduced by 50 MMcf/d Oct. 27 though Nov. 8.
