El Paso postponed Line 3051 maintenance between Monument Plant and Phillips Lee Plant, previously scheduled to begin Tuesday. The line is now set to be shut in April 29-May 3, during which there will be no flow to or from the IPHLEE and ICABHOBS points. El Paso also said replacement of the Bondad Station’s B turbine will continue through Thursday, keeping station capacity limited to 630 MMcf/d; it will increase to 725 MMcf/d on Friday.

Foothills is taking bids through 5 p.m. MDT May 6 in an open season for about 857 MMcf/d of existing firm capacity in Zone 9 (Saskatchewan) that will become available for contracting Nov. 1. Contracts will be for a year or longer. The space is from the Alberta/Saskatchewan border to Monchy, SK, where Foothills connects with Northern Border. About 158 MMcf/d of the available capacity is in blocks subject to rights of first refusal. Call Bruce Newberry at (403) 920-5579 or Scott Yule at -5558 for more information.

Dominion is conducting a preliminary investigation to determine interest in additional FT capacity on the TL-263 line north of Oscar Nelson Station. It expects that this additional capacity would be available in fall 2006 depending on interest expressed, regulatory approval and construction scheduling. Initial plans are to loop TL 263, partially or totally, if sufficient interest is expressed. Interested parties are asked to contact the pipeline by April 29. Call Dan Kortum at (724) 837-2716 for more information.
